1.INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)

It is a process in which there is placing washed processed sperms inside the female uterus during the time of ovulation to facilitate fertilization and
hence pregnancy. The procedure aims at increasing the chances of sperms reach the female fallopian tube and thereby increasing the chances of pregnancy.

2.IN VITRO FERTILISATION (IVF)

IVF literally means fertilisation in test tube or simply Test Tube Baby. It involves extracting a woman’s eggs, fertilizing the eggs in the laboratory with the sperm, and then transferring the resulting embryo(s) into the woman’s uterus through the cervix, where it can develop into a healthy pregnancy. It is often the treatment recommended for causes like blocked tubes, damaged, or absent fallopian tubes,severe male factor infertility, infertility caused by endometriosis, long term unexplained infertility etc.

3.INTRACYOPLASMIC SPERM INJECTION (ICSI)

Intra-Cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is a medical process in which a single sperm is injected directly into the cytoplasm of the egg to ensure fertilisation and development of embryo. It is to be noted that ICSI needs only one sperm per oocyte. This procedure has gained much popularity over the last few years in resolving male infertility issues.
